If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order. Payment Where card payment is available, it is handled through Stripe. An order is completed after the applicable payment and order-processing steps succeed. If a payment fails, contact us if you need help; do not send card details by email. Shipping, returns and help Orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. Our Shipping page states 1–3 business days for processing, 3–7 business days for standard delivery, free shipping on orders of USD 100 or more, and that orders under USD 100 require shipping confirmation by customer support before checkout.
